Dr. Luis Francisco Montaño is a plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon who graduated from the Plastic Surgery School of the Jalisco Institute of Reconstructive Surgery “Dr. José Guerrerosantos,” earning his degree from the prestigious University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. He is certified by the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery (CMCPER). He completed his General Surgery training at Dr. Luis E. Aybar Hospital in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, an institution affiliated with the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He graduated with honors from the School of Medicine of Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic.
