I am Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes, a plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. My surgical training has taken me across borders — from my medical degree at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and general surgery residency at the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces, to advanced specialization in plastic surgery in São Paulo, Brazil, and focused training in post-bariatric plastic surgery in the United States. My work centers on body contouring, liposuction, tummy tucks, breast procedures, and reconstructive surgery — with a particular passion for helping patients who have undergone significant weight loss reclaim confidence in their bodies. What drives me every day is the relationship I build with each patient. I take the time to truly understand your goals, guide you through every step of your surgical journey, and provide personalized recommendations rooted in safety and honesty. My philosophy is simple: thoughtful planning, modern techniques, and a genuine commitment to results that look natural and feel authentically you. At my clinic, you are never just a procedure — you are a person with a unique story worth honoring.
