Dr. Aniceto Rodríguez is a Dominican physician specializing in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery. He earned his medical degree with honors from the Universidad Católica Nordestana (UCNE) in San Francisco de Macorís and completed his specialty training at Hospital Salvador B. Gautier in Santo Domingo. He served as Head of the Plastic Surgery Department at the “Prof. Juan Bosch” Surgical and Trauma Hospital from 2006 to 2012. He is an active member of several national and international professional organizations, including the Dominican Medical College (CMD), the Dominican College of Surgeons (CDC), and the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (SODOCIPRE) — where he has held multiple leadership roles and currently serves as President. Dr. Rodríguez has also served as Director of the Ethics Chapter for the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP) from 2016 to 2018 and is a member of the International Confederation of Plastic Surgery Societies (ICOPLAST). He is part of the faculty at UCNE’s School of Health Sciences, teaching morphology to both medical and dental students. He currently practices privately as Medical Director at the Centro de Cirugía Plástica Avanzada del Cibao (CIPLACI) in San Francisco de Macorís and also sees patients at the Centro de Cirugía Plástica de Santo Domingo (CECIP).
